01 · Fee and place reservation
- The fee guarantees a place in a specific group and time slot.
- Actium works with fixed groups and monthly planning, so reserving your place is part of the service.
- The place is personal and cannot be transferred.
02 · Cancellations
- Cancellations are made at least 18 hours before the class starts.
- In this first stage, cancellations and make-up classes are handled by WhatsApp. The time of your message is recorded.
- Later on, all of this moves to the official Actium app.

03 · Make-up classes in fixed groups
- All make-up classes depend on availability in other groups.
- The same time slot and your usual teacher are not guaranteed.
- Fixed groups take priority over make-up classes.
- Missed classes are made up within 1 month of the absence at most.
- You can build up a maximum of 4 classes to make up.
04 · Minor illness and short-term conditions
- Colds, viral infections, gastroenteritis, feeling unwell for a short time.
05 · Temporary medical leave
Leave of more than 1 month
- A medical report or proof of the leave period is required.
- The fee is put on hold and your place is kept.
- The fee starts again when you come back.
Conditions of less than 1 month
- Missed classes are made up whenever there is availability.
- The maximum you can build up is still 4 classes, within the 1 month limit.
The aim is to help you keep going while keeping the groups stable.
06 · Holidays and long absences
Short absences
- One-off absences are made up whenever there is availability.
- Maximum you can build up: 4 make-up classes within 1 month.
Absences of more than 4 weeks
- The fee then counts as keeping your place in the group.
- The maximum number of classes you can make up is still 4. Classes do not build up without limit.
Class packs
- Packs do not guarantee a fixed place in a group. Sessions depend on availability.
Cancellations
- Cancellations are made at least 18 hours in advance.
- A late cancellation uses up the session.
Expiry
- Packs expire 3 months after the date of purchase.
- Sessions not used within that time count as expired.
